Complaints Procedure

A local provider checking a septic tank access lid in a yard near Tacoma

Last updated: October 2026

Devicesterritory Septic wants each homeowner to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page lists the steps. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Take

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Devicesterritory Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, pricing, work, and customer service.

First, raise the problem directly with the provider. Next, keep a written record of what was said and agreed. Then, if it is still not settled, send it to us too.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Devicesterritory Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Step-by-Step: Making a Complaint

Email contact@devicesterritory.garden. Include:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

What Follows

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also be able to help.
